If your watch requires work under warranty, please send your watch, proof of purchase and completed watch repair form your regional authorised AllSaints Watch service centre.

Your AllSaints watch is warranted by AllSaints under the terms and conditions of this warranty for 2 years post date of purchase.

Any components (excluding battery, leather or metal strap and/or buckle) found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at the discretion of AllSaints, repaired or replaced free of charge.

After the warranty period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  • general wear and tear;
  • the battery, leather or metal strap and/or buckle.

    To make a claim under your AllSaints warranty, please complete this form, selecting the region you live in to determine the service centre to send your watch to.

    Package your watch securely and include the printed form and a copy of your proof of purchase to the authorised international service centre.

    You are responsible for shipping costs to return your watch. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

    Do not send the watch in the original AllSaints packaging as it will not be returned.

    Please allow 4 weeks from the date your watch is received at the service centre to process repairs.

    You will be notified when you watch is received, and when the work is complete and shipped back to you.

    Your watch will be sent back via free certified delivery.

    Please select your regional authorised AllSaints Watch service centre below and submit the form.

    You will be emailed a copy of your form to print and keep, and your selected AllSaints Watch service centre and AllSaints Customer Experience will be notified.

    To request work not covered under your AllSaints warranty including link amendments and battery replacements, please contact the relevant regional authorised AllSaints Watch Service Centre and fill out the service request form. You will be notified of the cost and be charged by the service centre directly if required.
